The DCAA Mission:

• To act in the interests of maintaining a highly skilled and professionally competent staff of attorneys serving the City of San Diego;
• To represent Deputy City Attorneys in their employment relationship with the City of San Diego;
• To cultivate social interaction among members of the Association;
• To promote the sound administration of justice for the City of San Diego;
• To promote public awareness of the Office of the City Attorney;
• To facilitate communication between the Deputy City Attorneys and the City Attorney, City departments, other agencies, and the general public; and
• To assist with the transition from administration to administration.
